Red dry wine Saferavi, made in Imereti, from specially selected Saferavi grape variety grown in Kvareli. The wine is made by the centuries-old Kakhetian method, complete fermentation in qvevri and aging, which gives the wine a dark purple color and a strong body structure. It is characterized by a pronounced aroma of ripe cherries and red berries. The aromas of red berries, especially blackberries, are strongly expressed on the palate. Qvevri Saperavi is recommended to be served with steak, roast lamb, pork ribs and ham. Vintage year 2022. Alcohol 15%. Consumption temperature 17-20°C.
